President’s Message

President Hayes

Like our courageous founders, the Sisters of St. Joseph of Boston, Regis faculty and staff strive for excellence and are committed to supporting students throughout their journey to build confidence and character; and prepare them for meaningful careers. With 3,000 undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and professional studies students enrolled on campus and in fully online programs, Regis provides an academically rigorous education within the schools of nursing, arts and sciences, business and communication, and health sciences. Complementing the university’s mission of providing access to innovative, industry-focused learning opportunities, Regis offers strategic academic partnerships with organizations around the country; and through the Division of Professional Studies, bachelor’s completion, accelerated, and certificate programs to accommodate all types of students.

Regis educates the whole person, preparing students to pursue excellence, to become change agents in their own communities, and to serve and lead as advocates for a more just and compassionate global society. This is one of many ways that students Rise at Regis. We remain steadfast in our longstanding commitment to foster an inclusive, equitable, and welcoming Regis community where students find their voice and passion. We continue to build upon our commitment to make meaningful institutional change and better the experience for marginalized students, faculty, and staff.

At Regis, students are encouraged to think across the disciplines, grow personally and academically as they are prepared to make an enduring and positive impact on society. With the dedicated support of faculty and staff, students will grow in ways they never could have imagined as they discover their academic interests and personal talents.

Regis looks forward to teaching, learning, and advancing its students as they Rise at Regis in pursuit of their professional and personal growth, guided by faculty and staff who are committed to their success.

Welcome!
