Course Description
The purpose of this course is to study how the human body functions in response to exercise. Students will examine the physiological responses to exercise in relationship to intensity, duration, and frequency of the exercise. The effect of environment, diet, and the physiological status of an individual will be examined to determine how these factors may affect performance. Prerequisites:BI 106, CH 104; HFS 150 or instructor permission
