The capstone course is an individual research project on a nursing topic of professional or personal interest. Students will integrate knowledge of nursing research, leadership, and management, change theory, and nursing theories to design, implement, and lead a project that will improve client/population outcomes within today's complex healthcare system. (6 credits, 16 weeks).
