This course provides a broad introduction to the principles and practices of financial reporting, especially with regard to the foundational financial documents: the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flows. The course also covers the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), as the basis for the preparation of financial statements and disclosures.
