Course Description

This course explores various approaches to product management for products, services, and experiences, including Lean, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative, and Kanban methods. Students will gain a more comprehensive understanding of the Product Management process and will construct a Product Lifecycle Flow for an existing or proposed product.
