Course Description

The fundamental facts and concepts of the normal structure and function of the human body are presented. Specific topics include circulatory, respiratory, urinary, digestive, endocrine, and reproductive systems. Laboratory work includes microscopic examination of cells and tissues; study of gross anatomy by dissection, models and computer simulations; and investigations of various human physiological processes. Prerequisite: A minimum grade of C- in BI 105 or better
