Course Description

The course will examine the various aspects of criminal procedure within the criminal justice system as shaped and constrained by the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth Amendments of the United States Constitution. Emphasis will be placed on the parties involved in the Administration of Justice, including the courts, law enforcement, prosecution, and defense. Prerequisites: CJ 100 and CJ 201
