Course Description
This course offers an introduction to the principles and concepts of project management. It looks at how projects are uniquely suited to support an organization's strategy in a fast-paced business environment. The course addresses all aspects of the project life cycle including project initiation, planning, team organization, monitoring and control, risk management, and execution. Emphasis will be placed on how to identify and meet schedules, costs, and constraints while focusing on customer needs. Prerequisite: MA 210
