This course focuses on Leadership principles and development, with an emphasis on organizational behavior theory, interpersonal skills and professional identity. Emphasis is placed on emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, collaboration, and workplace incivility. Concepts and behaviors explored in this course will assist students in positively integrating into and navigating the work environment.Prereqs:Completion of Associate degree in nursing and appropriate state license.
