This course is designed to provide students with global interprofessional education experience across multiple fields of health science. Students will gain an elementary understanding of the history, culture, education and healthcare system of the country visited. Through lectures, site visits, community interactions, and special activities, students will gain experience related to the practice of their field of study from an international perspective. In addition, students will increase their awareness of interprofessionalism by observing and/or working with health, sport, or education professionals within and outside their chosen career and, where possible, through interactions with individuals in the community.Trip location Bolivia
