Course Description

This course features an application of research from behavioral sciences concerning the interaction of individuals, groups, and the sub-units within the total organization. Students engage in analysis, problem solving, and decision making as a response to case studies and exercises. Emphasis will be on group development, interpersonal skills, decision making, and conflict resolution. Permission of instructor required.
